Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role?

• Assist advertisers in code implementation/campaign setup
• Generate codes with the click of a button and use them appropriately
• Display expertise through an understanding of products and processes
• Escalate problems/issues to the Supervisor / Technical Experts when warranted
• Meet the Implementation Rate, CSAT, QA and other key performance metrics
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask & Collaborate

• Basic CMS proficiency
• Basic digital marketing & Online advertising
• Basic Javascript and HTML elements

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of overall relevant experience Degree in bachelor's degree or similar education in computer science, IT or a related field
• Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides), Web-development course, Digital marketing course etc.
• Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts as per demand fluctuations in the business
