Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to CFO and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Drafting, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations as and when required.
Maintaining database and keeping records.
Manage the expenses and reimbursements of CFO
Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CFO
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
Ensure overall smooth operations and maintenance of CFO Office.
