Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning delivery of overall program and its activities in accordance with objectives and goals of the project.
- Taking lead role for overall planning, management and progress of the project with client.
- Supporting Manager in hiring of necessary resources (human and logistics) for Project Management.
- Monitoring Project cost vs budget on monthly and quarterly basis
- Preparing operating plan of the assigned project in alignment with Project budget
- To serve as a link between Corporate Office and Project Offices and to uphold organizational values while supporting project implementation.
- Team Management by harnessing the varying strengths and potentials of individual team members.
- Assisting Manager in negotiating with partner firms, subcontractors, proposed employees, and consultants as necessary.
- Providing Technical Inputs, preparing project reports and ensuring compliance with ToRs of various projects.
- Assisting Manager in Business Development as and when required
- Assist and/or carry out surveys/stakeholder consultations, assessments, develop solutions, write project reports on strong relevant research.
- Represent the organization at various forums including meetings, workshops, client meetings and other events from time to time.
- Field visit and collection of relevant data from project location.
- Any other related activities within the Scope of Work, as assigned by the client
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Post graduate in Management (Finance)
- 3-5 years of experience in urban infrastructure consulting services.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power-Point
- Excellent Research, Writing and Communication Skills
- Efficient in Project Management, Budget Management, Client Management and Team Management
- Experience of working in Tourism projects
- Prior experience in Financial Modelling of Tourism Infrastructure projects would be preferred.
