Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning delivery of overall program and its activities in accordance with objectives and goals of the project.
  • Taking lead role for overall planning, management and progress of the project with client.
  • Supporting Manager in hiring of necessary resources (human and logistics) for Project Management.
  • Monitoring Project cost vs budget on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Preparing operating plan of the assigned project in alignment with Project budget
  • To serve as a link between Corporate Office and Project Offices and to uphold organizational values while supporting project implementation.
  • Team Management by harnessing the varying strengths and potentials of individual team members.
  • Assisting Manager in negotiating with partner firms, subcontractors, proposed employees, and consultants as necessary.
  • Providing Technical Inputs, preparing project reports and ensuring compliance with ToRs of various projects.
  • Assisting Manager in Business Development as and when required
  • Assist and/or carry out surveys/stakeholder consultations, assessments, develop solutions, write project reports on strong relevant research.
  • Represent the organization at various forums including meetings, workshops, client meetings and other events from time to time.
  • Field visit and collection of relevant data from project location.
  • Any other related activities within the Scope of Work, as assigned by the client

Qualifications and Skills Required


  • Post graduate in Management (Finance)
  • 3-5 years of experience in urban infrastructure consulting services.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power-Point
  • Excellent Research, Writing and Communication Skills
  • Efficient in Project Management, Budget Management, Client Management and Team Management
  • Experience of working in Tourism projects
  • Prior experience in Financial Modelling of Tourism Infrastructure projects would be preferred.
