- Job description Job description Role & Responsibilities" you an experienced .NET Developer with a proven track record in leading web and app development projects We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee our web and application development initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications. Architect, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions using .NET technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Lead code reviews and ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration practices. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and technology adoption. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on web and mobile applications. Proven experience in leading and managing development teams. Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, and other relevant .NET technologies. Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus. Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks, such as Xamarin or React Native, is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
