Job Description

Hiring for Financial planning and Analysis Location- Pune Salary- 10-16 LPA Qualification- Qualified commerce graduate, preferably a Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) with finance & accounting Experience- 3+ years in FP&A processes Industry- MNCs/ Banking/ Financial services Skills- Power Bi, ERP systems (viz. PeopleSoft/ Oracle), MS Office, OneStream/ Hyperion and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, etc.) Shift Timing- 2-11 PM and 3-12 AM Job Description- Understand and assist in preparation of budgeting, forecasting financial performance, and conducting variance analysis. Understand and assist in monitoring and managing budgets to ensure financial targets are met and develop an understanding of insights on deviations. Understand and assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial management reports and analysis for internal stakeholders. Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks that may impact the company's performance. Participate in initiatives across the GCC and GFSS, especially in FP&A team Keep looking for areas of improvement for efficiency, standardization, and scale Work towards learning new skills which align with FP&A delivery Interested candidates can share resume on hidden_mobile.
