Job Description
- Role: Group Manager / Associate General Manager Location: Noida Experience: 12+ years Shift timing: Candidate should be flexible for 24&5 as per client/ internal management requirement Job Profile: Experience leading multiple and large team 100 + FTEs and oversee their work Leading members of the P2P team on functionality and capability Implement effective Internal Controls and Compliances with respect to all Financial Transactions Responsible for multi geography transition for end to end PTP processes Supervise P2P process and provide strategic goals and targets Conducting regular one on ones and quarterly / annual appraisal Address escalations Co-ordination with different internal external teams to manage the work Support internal / external audits Ensure in scope SLA and KPI are achieved regularly Leading and supporting transformation projects for P2P Leading hiring for new and backfill resources at all levels Analyzing and documenting the P2P process and systems Produce performance reports for HCL Management & Client Management Ensure best people practices are followed and minimize the attrition Required Profile/ Experience: 6 + years of Team Leading experience Good accounting knowledge Onshore and remote transition experience for P2P activities Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Industry specific- must exposure from Oil & Gas, Supply chain Must have lead transformation projects in P2P area Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good Problem Identification and Problem-Solving Skills Working experience of SAP/People Soft/ oracle will be an added advantage Working experience in various P2P workflows Markview, Salesforce, Smart Search etc. Education Requirement: B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance / CA / ICWA,
