Job Description
- Experience: 6-10 years Responsibility: As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Job Description: Architecture and Development: Design and implement scalable and maintainable Ruby on Rails applications. Collaborate with the team to define and refine technical requirements and architecture. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices. Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute test cases, perform debugging and troubleshooting, and ensure that applications are robust and performant. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability. Address and resolve performance bottlenecks. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications. Address bugs, security issues, and technical debt. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Propose and implement new technologies and best practices to improve development processes. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Ruby and Rails framework. Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. o Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other frameworks or languages (e.g., Node.js, Python) is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices aand tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio showcasing Rails projects.,
