Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle O2C Consultant with a strong background in Oracle EBS R12. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Accounts to Close (A2C) cycles, along with technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS R12 applications with a focus on O2C and A2C cycles. Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries, including performance tuning. Work with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and XML/BI Publisher for application enhancements and reporting needs. Utilize Oracle Workflow Builder for workflow development and maintenance. Provide technical and functional support for Finance modules (AP, AR, GL), Order Management, Pricing, and EDI. Work within Unix environments for scripting and system support. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues. Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with best practices. (Desirable) Develop and customize Oracle Application Framework (OAF) components. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 4+ years of experience with Oracle EBS (11i or R12). Strong understanding of O2C and A2C cycles. 4+ years of experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and query performance tuning. 4+ years of experience in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports. 3+ years of experience in XML/BI Publisher. 3+ years of experience in Oracle Workflow Builder. 2+ years of experience with Unix-based operating systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Good understanding of business processes and finance modules.
