- GIS Solution Architect / Sr Tech Lead : 10 to 12 years exp RESPONSIBILITIES: Key responsibilities include: Ensuring that GIS solutions can be delivered, deployed and operated in a highly repeatable and predictable manner through interaction and collaboration with DevOps and environment specialists. Providing key design and team leadership alongside deep SME expertise as needed, in all areas of integration in the solution. Expertise in working with Telecommunications solutions. Working within an agile delivery methodology by taking a leading role as part of a wider team. Lead kick-off meetings and Facilitate user requirements and design workshops Work with end-users to capture and track software enhancement requests. Support the creation of customer success stories and presentations about the value delivered to the customer. Lead team of engineers to convert architecture and design into PoC (Proof of Concept) Leading, managing and mentoring as needed other integration specialists to produce required designs, implementations and solution outcomes Working with other technical and business stakeholder teams to ensure high quality outcomes in the areas of technical fit, resilience, security, compliance and efficiency across relevant solution, data and integration environments. Having involved in RFP submissions for ESRI solution proposals includes UN migration. Design and implement innovative and impactful ArcGIS platform-based strategies and solutions to meet unique and complex Professional Services customer requirements Define business continuity for both on premise and cloud deployments following industry standards for security, governance, publication strategy and custom application architecture Define best practices for deploying ArcGIS platform and design systems, including integration to non-Esri platforms, to meet business needs Translate customer system requirements into software architecture and design specifications Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare Esri software implementation and migration strategies SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Key experiences: 10+ years of professional experience in GIS platform architecture and solution design Professional experience architecting, implementing, and administrating enterprise IT-GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS enterprise platform (desktop, server, and online) Hands-on experience with Esri Software Deep technical understanding of the ESRI ArcGIS Platform including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online Strong knowledge ESRI Utility Network Implementation Exposure ESRI telecom Model or any other Telecom partner products Good understanding on database concepts with Oracle DB, PostgresDB. Esri Certification like System Design and Enterprise Professional. Expertise on customization of automation tools on desktop, ArcGIS Web solutions (ArcGIS Web App Builder, ArcGIS Experience Builder) Expertise in carrying out client interactions, feasibility study, business and technical requirements with client and project stakeholders Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrable service industry knowledge - ideally with focus on GeoSpatial service industry Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills Qualification: B.Tech Experience 10 -15 years,
