- Role: Technical Manager .NET We are seeking a Technical Manager .NET to lead, develop, and enhance high-performance applications and services that contribute to our core platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive best practices and innovation within an agile development environment. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications and services. Provide technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables. Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions. Ensure the team follows best coding practices with a first-time-right approach. Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy, ensuring system scalability, maintainability, and security. Participate in sprint planning, technical design reviews, and agile ceremonies, providing technical insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Release Management, to ensure seamless execution. Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term fixes. Promote secure development practices and proactively address security vulnerabilities. Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability. Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation. Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining technical excellence. Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture through training, mentorship, and technical leadership. Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and Azure SQL. Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams in an agile environment. Strong expertise in architecting, designing, and developing scalable applications using Web API and Microservices. Deep understanding of OOP principles, SOLID design patterns, and best coding practices. Extensive experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks like NUnit. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies. Strong background in database design, query optimization, and high-performance data persistence techniques. Experience in cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies, preferably on Microsoft Azure. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. Expertise in secure coding practices and security vulnerability resolution. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and analytical approach. Ability to influence, lead, and drive technical decisions across teams and stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Passion for technology leadership, continuous learning, and innovation.,
