Job Description
- Office 365 SharePoint platform / Application Management Functional Analyst Manage and support SharePoint platform / applications / features'Develop and implement custom solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc. Provide training to end-users and administrators for Microsoft 365 services. he job of a Key accountabilitiesThe following are the main accountabilities for the job. Other duties, commensurate with the grading of the job, may also be assigned from time to time.1.will have knowledge and experience supporting and developing IT services with a particular interest ino Developing new service modelso Developing technical solutions to problemso Designing and deploying solutionso Managing cloud-based services.2. will have experience developing or supporting at least one of the following technologieso SharePoint Onlineo Microsoft Power Platform3. Provide technical administration for the SharePoint Online and Power Platform services ensuring end user access is automatable, auditable, and manageable.4. Plan and manage all technical elements of the PowerPlatform service including user access, licences, capacity, connectors, environment strategy, Dataverse and DLP policies to ensure a sustainable service model is developed.5. Configure the Power Platform Center of Excellence and contribute to the ongoing governance of the service usage6. Contribute to the creation of a Power Platform community developer programme, contributing best practice advice and working with the IS Digital Capabilities Lead to create a sustainable user training model.7. Able and confident in scripting or automation, for example with o PowerShel8. will have professional IT certification (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365)- working knowledge of using identity services including: o Azure Active Directory (AAD and AADC)o Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)A, I- Knowledge and experience of App development with at least one of the following technologieso Power Automateo Power BIo Power Apps",
