Job Description
Job duties
- Mechanical engineer working experience in Mobility domain and familiar with all standard product manufacturing documents, work instructions & Assembly books
- Good Hands on experience on Delmia 3DEXPERIENCE(ENOVIA/CATIA/DELMIA)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience on creating the PPR in DELMIA 3DEXPERIANCE
- Creation of Cascade level manufacturing breakdown structure (M-BOM) and detailed level Manufacturing Bill of Materials for Elevators Car body models based on the EBOM
- Developing Resource and manufacturing simulations by combining manufacturing Assembly Evaluation and equipment simulation
- Experience in simulation scenario assessment and validation by comparing the traditional and automated 3D Flow models.
- Knowledge in Development of standard resource library creation.
- Aware of Dassault System DELMIA V5, CATIA V5 portfolio and Administration, DSLS Administration, basics of ENOVIA data management.
- BOM, Engineering change management, Drawing release system administration & Process support.
- Experience in developing process planning with the help of EKL templates, and updating EKL templates.
- Experience in generation of results for scenarios and validating the results like interference clash analysis and scenario assessment.
- Creation of industrial Digital Mock-ups and related methodology documentation and best practices to assist the industrial teams from concept design up to finished industrial system.
- Experience in creating Routing plans and MBOM in Delmia 3DEXPERIANCE
- Working experience in creating work instructions, assembly books, method statements and repair procedures based on safety and ergonomic risk analysis.
- Knowledge of Escalators/ moving walkways/ Elevators Car body product s functional requirements
- Ability to review Drawings, Method statement and Assembly books.
- Working experience & knowledge on technical documents for Elevators Car body structures, underframe structure, under car equipment brackets, and under pan. Drawbar, Coupler, Floor panels and floor trims

Qualification:
- B.E Mechanical with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in any Vertical transportation industry
- Strong customer orientation, perseverance and can work effectively within a team environment.
- Microsoft Excel: advanced Excel skills like writing Macros and using VBA for process automation or quick analytics.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English in all respects.
Skills & Requirements
- Working experience in any Mobility transportation like Escalators, moving walkways and Elevators
- Generation of 3D Assembly instructions using Delmia 3DEXPERIENCE
- Creo
- Visio
- Knowledge & thorough understanding of various functions/department activities.

Skills & Experience
