Job Description

:

  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Educate customers about our products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve problems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a patient approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
