Job Description

Our client is the largest Manufacturer of Fans in India

We are presently on the lookout for a Plant Head in Hyderabad, that is operational and employs about 200 employees

The key responsibilities would be to :

- Overall manufacturing responsibility and meeting marketing demand
- Meet Business Plan on Quality, Cost and Delivery

- Managing shopfloor with managers, engineers and operators
- Focus on production indices management, & control towards improvement of capacity utilisation

- Manufacturing of premium quality product by controlling line quality, outgoing quality

- Manage paint shop, machine shop, pressure die casting shop, assembly and stator winding lines to enhance installed capacity

- Review material handling system for trouble free material management
- Minimising scrap and increased productivity
- Reducing manufacturing costs

Should be familiar with :

- Six Sigma

- Lean engineering

- 5 S principles
