- Project Role : Mobilization Representative Project Role Description : NA Must have skills : Program Project Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : MBA Summary: As a Mobilization Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mobilization process for new projects. You will work closely with the project team to ensure a smooth transition from the planning phase to the execution phase. Your role will involve organizing resources, setting up project timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are set up for success and that all necessary preparations are made before the project begins. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Coordinate and manage the mobilization process for new projects. - Organize resources and set up project timelines. - Communicate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from planning to execution phase. - Collaborate with the project team to identify and address any potential issues or risks. - Ensure all necessary preparations are made before the project begins. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - - Experience in coordinating and managing projects. - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - - Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - An MBA degree is required.,
