- Project Role : Solution Planning Lead Project Role Description : Interprets and translates client requirements into a solution configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign-off on the solution and interfaces with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services, and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Must have skills : Solution Architecture, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language, Java Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Graduate Summary: As a Solution Planning Lead, you will be responsible for interpreting and translating client requirements into a solution configured from a standard set of offerings. Your typical day will involve driving the sign-off on the solution and interfacing with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services, and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the interpretation and translation of client requirements into a solution configured from a standard set of offerings. - Drive the sign-off on the solution and interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services, and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the solution meets client requirements and is delivered on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Oracle PLSQL , Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language, and Java. --Conduct detailed requirements analysis workshops with customer and arrive at solution approach, architecture designs and migration strategy to the new solution/platform. -Work closely with the delivery team and support project execution and architecture / solution reviews. -Drive creation of reusable components, frameworks, methodologies and models -Capture and manage risks, issues and assumptions identified through the lifecycle, articulating the impacts associated with these concerns. -High-level mentoring of design & development teams to embed architectural framework and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.,
