Job Description
Position : Training Manager - US Recruitment

You will use your US Recruitment and training skills to prepare employees to accomplish job results by planning, conducting, and evaluating training programs.
Location: Dehradun
Work Timings: Night Shift (EST shift)

Conduct Training Batches. These batches include resources with little to no knowledge of the US Staffing industry.

Help improve training programs

Create content for training programs; Produce training materials for in-house courses

Conduct OJT and Manual Intervention Programs

Deploy a wide variety of training methods including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, conferences, and simulations

Monitor and establish metrics to ensure L&D efforts and results are efficiently and effectively meeting the business needs of the organization

Create and execute long term performance and monitoring plans for trainees

Research and introduce new training and learning techniques and tools

Work from one of our offshore branches (Noida or Dehradun) and travel to other locations as and when required

Extensive experience handling fresher training batches

Proven experience with creating training Content and Material for US Staffing organizations with a focus on Fresher and Lateral Recruitment training

Hands-on US recruitment experience (Present or Past) is required to be successful in this role
