Job Description Develop and maintain chatbots and AI-driven conversational interfaces using the Kore AI platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design chatbot flows, and integrate AI solutions into existing business systems. Assist in testing and debugging chatbots, ensuring proper functionality, performance, and user experience across different platforms. Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance by analyzing user interactions and implementing enhancements. Stay updated on the latest Kore AI features and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of chatbot development and deployment processes. Job Description - Grade Specific Proficient in Kore AI platform for developing and deploying chatbots and conversational interfaces. Strong knowledge of AI and NLP concepts to enhance chatbot functionality. Experience in integration of AI solutions with business systems and APIs. Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing chatbot performance.
