Senior Associate/Management Trainee Incoming Processing Wealth Operations Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Income Processing Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the income processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all income-related transactions for a portfolio of investment products. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial instruments, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee the reconciliation of income receipts and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Review and validate income-related reports, providing insights and analysis on income performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including accounting, compliance, and investment teams, to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries. Mentor and train junior associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and ensuring all income transactions are recorded accurately. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and present reports on income processing metrics to senior management. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Any Graduate (PG an added advantage) Effective probing & root cause analysis skills Competencies Ability to discuss process issues, concerns with onshore counterparts and get it resolved.
