JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Item Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of item SKU creation.
Monitors work of direct reports and redirect assignments per workload
Ensures staff follows directions and consistently adheres to work procedures
Subject Matter Expert on department business guidelines with ability to convey this knowledge to others
Reviews daily tracking information and ensures accurate and timely capture of data points
Recommends, develops and implements new processes that improve departmental effectiveness
Documents departmental processes by writing procedures and maintaining guidelines
Works with new employees and facilitate various training and on-boarding activities
Develops and delivers productivity reporting
Manages ad hoc projects and special assignments
Communicates effectively with management team and escalate issues as needed
Assists with PDM testing and support roll out and training
Interviews job candidates and contributes to the departmental hiring process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable and confident offering feedback and constructive criticism
- Aptitude for learning new systems
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Shift Timings: - US Client (Flexible)

Western up to Mira Rd. Colaba
