They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. What are we looking for Ability to influence stakeholders, peer groups and establish strong relationships within teams Knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools Contract management Strong data and analytics skills Excellent communication (written and oral) skills Commitment to quality delivery Consistent attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Proficient in MS Excel, word and MS PowerPoint Roles and Responsibilities: Contract management Negotiation Strategic sourcing , RFX, Auctions Indirect sourcing experience predominantly on professional services and other services covering Daycare ( Creche) support, Mental wellness and well being, counselling, Employee assistance, Care giving platforms, I&D programs etc., Good proficiency in working on all tools and platforms like ARiba, SAP, Jagger, etc Familiar with PRPO process Vendor onboarding, vendor due deligence, vendor performance management etc Analytical skills, good working knowledge on MS office,
