Job Description
- Long Description Location: Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai The candidate would be expected to have the following traits / exposure: Skills and Experience requirement -Hands on experience in business rule configuration, profiles set up and other static data set up based on banks business requirement -Hands-on experience with platform implementation lifecycle gap analysis, interface study, data migration, support of SIT, UAT, penetration testing. -Should have a know-how of defect triaging for identifying the root cause of issue -Must have exposure to batch, real time interface with surround applications in a banks environment using industry standard protocols Preferred add-ons to the profile: -Eliciting integration requirements from banks business and IT stakeholders -Work with Bank SMEs to create business requirement documents (BRD) , Integration requirement documents (IRD) -Work with product SMEs to perform Gap analysis and create technical requirement documents -Work with the domain team to create Interface specification documents (ISD) -Support the banks team with defect triage and identifying the root cause as either configuration or code defect. Create Agile user stories and acceptance documentation -Participates in all agile ceremonies -BSAs facilitation of pre-grooming and grooming sessions during agile ceremonies -Direct interaction with Line of Business partners internal and external and business groups. -Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes. -Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group. -Reasonable written skills -Reasonable communication skills -Ability to analyze these requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project -Ability to adapt to a fast-learning environment and deliver as a Lead Solutions architect demonstrating ownership and drive in a short span of time,
