Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic, confident, and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound telesales, generating new leads, and converting prospects into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication and convincing skills to interact with both B2B and B2C clients, drive sales, and meet or exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound telesales calls using available data to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients. Effectively engage with prospects through cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to introduce our services/products. Understand the needs of both B2B and B2C clients and present solutions that match their requirements. Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and conduct follow-ups to close leads into sales. Achieve 100% target completion for lead generation, appointments set, and sales conversion. Maintain accurate records of all activities, interactions, and leads in the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing the sale. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in outbound telesales, lead generation, bench sales recruiter or a similar role. Strong communication and convincing skills with the ability to handle objections Experience in B2B and B2C sales is highly preferred. Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a focus on achieving results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and passion for sales.
