Job Overview Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a Mid-Level Application Developer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring a strong background in programming, software development, and database management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in problem solving, web and mobile development, agile methodologies, and debugging. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ (Mandatory skill) Experience in software development, including the full software development life cycle (Mandatory skill) Strong skills in database management systems such as SQL and NoSQL (Mandatory skill) Ability to solve complex problems efficiently and effectively Hands-on experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies Experience in mobile application development for platforms like Android and iOS Understanding and application of agile methodologies in software development projects High competency in identifying and debugging code issues quickly Roles And Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain application software in accordance with best practices and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to ensure optimal application performance Implement code and designs as per the technical specifications provided Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality code and facilitate knowledge sharing Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team Ensure the scalability and security of applications developed Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members,
