Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Workday Functional In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules . Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected. Responsibilities Wo rkd ay Functional consultant with multimodule exp core HCM + Recruiting/Talent/Advance Compensation Exp in functional configurations, Business process,Security,Alerts,Notifications,EIB's Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud. Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement Suggest and improve business processes Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes . Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration Impart training to users on Workday Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills BE/MBA/ M.Tech Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support Preferred Q Ualifications / Skills Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical. Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows. Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required . Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project. Good communication and customer facing skills.
