Job Summary Leads a specific Agile squad, responsible for the technical delivery of projects, ensuring that development aligns with architecture and meets quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day technical operations of an Agile squad. Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Architects, and other stakeholders. Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to the squad. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Report on squad progress, risks, and issues to the Hive Tech Lead. Skills & Qualifications Strong technical expertise in technology stack -Web/App servers OCP/ Tomcat Java Spring Boot,/J2EE, UI, Oracle/Postgres B2Bi, CI/CD using ADO Experience in Agile development methodologies. Proven track record in delivering high-quality software. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor a technical team. Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical risks. Hands-on coding and development experience. Transaction Banking/Financial Markets/Retail-Wealth domain experience is preferable Web/app experience preferable. Experience 6+ years of experience in software development. Experience leading a technical team or squad. Hands-on experience with the squad's technology stack.,
