This person will design, develop and execute marketing plans for DOP aligned to different LOBs. Success will be measured by execution of Marketing programs that lead to robust demand generation, impact the deals and establishing well-crafted Marketing programs for large deals. The person should be familiar with all the stages of the buying life-cycle and align marketing programs that drives momentum at various stages through a mix of awareness programs, thought leadership, digital and social media plans and through the leverage of ecosystem partners. This person will work closely with business stakeholders in developing marketing aligned to business objectives and outcomes. Responsibilities: 1. Demand Generation: a. Develop and drive marketing initiatives to create pipeline, pipeline conversion, enable sales success and increase brand awareness. b. Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length. 2. Sales Enablement c. Devise and execute campaigns in person and online. 3. Event Support: a. Research industry events for participation and speaker slots for leadership b. Plan, budget and execute brand events, roundtables for customers and partners at various scales. c. Partner with Geo-Marketing SPOCs to conduct webinars. 4. Manage events (in-person and in-house) end to end 5. Brand Awareness and recall: a. Develop strategies to achieve targeted market share to be ranked in the top quadrant in analyst reports. b. Public relations- Thought leadership published in industry leading publications (offline/online) c. Executive communication Leaders speaking at multiple forums Help with speaker notes and script. 6. Vendor and agency management Requirements The successful candidate possesses the following: 4+years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT and services industry Experience with executing virtual and in-person events. Excellent communication skills- written and verbal. Hands-on experience in developing content for webpages, sales enablement collaterals, email copies. Experience in Demand-generation and Lead-gen programs Interactions with industry analysts Outstanding in Campaign Conceptualization and execution A passion for digital platforms and channels Self-directed and comfortable in highly demanding environments a. Create sales support collateral (Point of view papers, case studies, videos, infographics, social media posts), enable business teams with value propositions and competitive differentiators. b. Chalk out the marketing and promotion calendar in conjunction with cross functional teams and implement it. This position is specifically responsible for the following: Developing and executing the marketing strategy designed to engage customers, analysts, media, ecosystem partners and other target segments. Working with both the business and a content marketing team to produce POVs, case studies, videos, solution collateral and other types of content. Drive event participation and execution ranging from webinars to roundtables to large industry events. Working with key partners to develop and execute joint marketing plans. Collaborating with other Wipro marketing teams, including GTM, partner, brand and service line teams to advance the marketing plan and business objectives. Requirements The successful candidate possesses the following: 8+ years of integrated marketing experience Experience with executing virtual and in-person events Interactions with industry analysts and participation in at least 5 benchmark reports Outstanding in Campaign Conceptualization and execution A passion for digital platforms and channels Self-directed and comfortable in highly demanding environments Strong project management skills and high attention to detail and quality deliverables Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, culturally diverse, globally distributed organization Location: Flexible. Preferable in any of the below locations Mumbai | Gurugram| Bengaluru,
