- Job Summary We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI-enabled chatbots and Service Desk with a strong understanding of the Airlines domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our companys success and positively impact society. Responsibilities Develop and maintain AI-enabled chatbot systems to enhance customer service experiences. Provide technical support for Service Desk operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues promptly. Implement and monitor system performance metrics to ensure optimal functionality. Assist in the design and deployment of new system features and updates. Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Support the integration of AI-enabled chatbots with existing airline systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system operations. Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities. Document system configurations processes and procedures for future reference. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance system performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of AI-enabled chatbots and their applications in customer service. Have experience in providing technical support for Service Desk operations. Demonstrate knowledge of the Airlines domain and its specific requirements. Show proficiency in system performance monitoring and optimization. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams. Be proactive in staying updated with industry trends and technologies. Possess the ability to document system configurations and processes accurately. Show a commitment to ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Have the capability to provide training and support to end-users. Demonstrate the ability to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
