- Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for data governance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will contribute to our companys mission by developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Mulesoft integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects. Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions using Mulesoft. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mulesoft integrations and data governance. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Mulesoft best practices. Ensure all Mulesoft integrations adhere to company standards and industry best practices. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Create and maintain technical documentation for Mulesoft integrations and related processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mulesoft and data governance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize performance of Mulesoft integrations to enhance system efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality. Qualifications * Possess a strong technical background with 4 to 8 years of experience in software development. Have extensive experience with Mulesoft and its various components. Demonstrate knowledge of data governance principles and practices. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends. Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation. Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Exhibit a strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes. Have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality. Display a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Certifications Required Mulesoft Certified Developer Data Governance Certification (optional),
