Job Description
- Job summary We are looking for a Sr Consultant with 5 to 9 years of experience in Trackwise On-prem Trackwise and Sparta Trackwise. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Trackwise solutions including TrackWise system upgrade. Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in Trackwise On-prem Trackwise and Sparta Trackwise to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of solutions including TrackWise system upgrade. Oversee the configuration and customization of Trackwise systems to meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Trackwise solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Trackwise systems. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Trackwise solutions. Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Trackwise systems. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Trackwise solutions. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in Trackwise technology and best practices. Qualifications * Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Trackwise On-prem upgrade and configuration. Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have experience in system configuration and customization. Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Must be able to develop and execute test plans effectively. Should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Must be able to conduct training sessions for end-users. Should have experience in preparing and maintaining technical documentation. Must be able to provide ongoing support and maintenance for Trackwise solutions. Should be able to assist in the development of project plans and timelines. Must stay updated with the latest developments in Trackwise technology and best practices.,
