- Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with 12 to 16 years of experience in Analytics Analysis and Design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Networks and will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions and strategies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights that will enhance our network solutions. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics models to support network optimization and performance improvement. Oversee the analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights that can drive strategic decisions. Provide expertise in the design and execution of data-driven experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and advanced analytical techniques. Ensure the integrity and security of data throughout the analytics process. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and network technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies. Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Work closely with network engineers to integrate analytics solutions into network operations. Qualifications Possess a strong background in analytics analysis and design with a focus on networks. Demonstrate expertise in advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms. Have experience in developing and implementing data pipelines and workflows. Show proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or SQL. Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Display a proven track record of leading data science projects and mentoring junior team members.
