Job Description Were looking for highly skilled individual contributor Voice engineers to support global voice enterprise infrastructure at Deere. We are delighted to meet Voice infrastructure experts who has spent over a decade in this industry working on different Voice products like Ribbon SBC, Cisco CUCM / call manager. It will be a mix role of project and operational work supporting global Voice infra. 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, designing, upgrading and managing Ribbon SBC devices 3+ years of experience in configuring, designing, upgrading and managing Cisco CUCM / Call manager Looking for skilled and self-motivated engineers, who has ability to perform complex changes and run critical troubleshooting calls independently. 2+ years of networking experience, who can quickly understand and isolate issues between voice vs network.
