Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Major Incident Management with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL Incident Management Internal Communication and MS Excel. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage desktop environments efficiently and ensure seamless IT operations. Experience in Services and Support is a plus. Responsibilities 4+ years of MIM experience. Follow client MIM process stringently. Monitor Priority 1 and 2 tickets on the monitoring tool. Ensure response and resolution SLAs are met. Organize major incident bridge calls over apps like Zoom/Teams etc. Record the important notes from the meeting/bridge call. Coordinate with different resolver groups to facilitate major incidents resolution. Publish global communications/notifications to relevant audience on regular intervals. Prepare analysis reports for major incidents status. Assure proper shift handover is passed on to the next Major incident manager. Certifications Required NOT REQUIRED,
