Job Description
- Location:Kochi Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS/React.js Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work with no travel required. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality organization and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement scalable and robust software solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software solutions. Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to project planning and progress tracking. Qualifications Possess strong experience in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior developers. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes. Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
