Job Title: HR Executive Operations Experience: 4 to 6 years Shift: Day Job Location: Noida Requires Travel: Yes (Between Noida & Gurgaon office) Education Qualification: MBA / MSW Job Summary: The Executive Operations HR will be responsible for overseeing HR operations at the designated location and will report directly to the India HR Operations Lead. This role involves program management of Employee Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and audits, emergency preparedness, and support for Business Continuity Management (BCM). The incumbent will also support the Location Leadership Council and manage various programs and events, including Management Development Programs (MDP). Technical Skills: Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders. HR Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Domain Skills: Knowledge of HR Practices and Labor Laws: Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Emergency Preparedness and EHS: Experience in implementing and managing Employee Health and Safety (EHS) standards, emergency response, and preparedness. Audit and Certification Management: Experience in representing HR during internal and external audits and certifications. Business Continuity Management (BCM): Supporting BCM activities to ensure business operations during emergencies. Leadership and Event Management: Skills in supporting location leadership council and managing location events. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle the locations HR operations. Implement EHS standards requirements, including ERT management. Plan and execute employee wellbeing programs. Represent HR in internal and external certification audits. Oversee emergency preparedness from an HR perspective. Extend support during emergency situations. Support location BCM activities. Support the Location Leadership Council and manage location events as required. Manage MDP issues at the location.,
