Job Description
- Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Experience Designer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Production Design Adobe Indesign Figma UI Design Patterns Adobe XD Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals and Interaction Design. Experience in Product Development (Tech) is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences and contributing to the companys innovative projects. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of user interfaces for various digital products. Oversee the creation of visually appealing and functional design elements. Provide expertise in Adobe Indesign to produce high-quality design assets. Utilize Figma to collaborate with team members and streamline the design process. Implement UI Design Patterns to ensure consistency and usability across products. Apply Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes and gather user feedback. Incorporate Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals to enhance the aesthetic appeal of products. Conduct Interaction Design to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive for a diverse user base. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the companys products competitive. Qualifications Possess strong skills in Production Design Adobe Indesign Figma UI Design Patterns Adobe XD Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals and Interaction Design. Have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience in Product Development (Tech) is a plus. Demonstrate the ability to create visually appealing and functional designs. Show proficiency in using design tools like Adobe Indesign Figma and Adobe XD. Exhibit strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Display a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Certifications Required Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe XD Figma Certified Professional,
