Job Responsibilities:


Business Objectives:

  • Drive off-line sales to fill international inventory using Indias partner profiles through detailed planning, forecasting, and assigning appropriate targets to the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indian corporates, travel agents, industry influencers, and key strategic partners to generate business for international destinations.
  • Strategize and set achievable milestones to maintain stability in business volumes, while planning for future growth.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews of team members to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Plan and execute market-site visits within the assigned region and ensure effective maintenance and review.
  • Track sales performance and ensure monthly sales targets are met.
  • Provide regular market feedback on conditions, competition, pricing, and factors influencing sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on competition and adapt strategies to support change management.

People Objectives:

  • Lead and provide effective leadership to a team of 6+ on-roll employees.
  • Ensure proper recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring to build a strong team.
  • Coach team members on processes, product knowledge, OYO IT systems, and soft skills to empower and engage them.
  • Assist in onboarding companies and corporate clients.
  • Support the team with negotiating and closing large deals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, empowering teams to facilitate business growth through periodic root cause analysis (RCA) and action planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales department and other sales-related units and stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze sales performance against targets and work on managing outliers effectively.
