Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed

Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

Previous working experience in IT support for (2) year(s)

Associates Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)

Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices Computer Science knowledge

Safeguarding information system assets
