Job Description
- Professional Qualifications and Skills Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in Finance/IT/Systems/Ops) 9 to 14 years of work experience as Business Analyst/ consultants Responsibilities Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD and user stories Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes Excellent Stakeholder Management (both business and technology) and Communication skill Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions, and contribute to overall delivery plan. Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation. Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies Hands on experience on Agile Methodologies and its ceremonies Review test cases prepared by QA team and identify any gaps Run demo sessions with business prior to production go-live to gather early feedback Domain skills Must haves: Capital markets (buy/sell side) or commodities trading lifecycle, with particular focus on front office functions for asset classes such as commodities, equities, FX, fixed income or derivatives. A thorough understanding of the derivatives lifecycle including order management, hedge attribution, P&L generation and reporting. Knowledge and experience in financial risk management, particularly market risk.
