Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CX-Scrum Master and a strong background in analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the companys success. The position requires a day shift schedule with no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of complex software solutions. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding testing and documentation. Utilize CX-Scrum Master expertise to manage and optimize agile processes. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference. Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges. Utilize analytics skills to derive insights and improve project outcomes. Qualifications * Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. Demonstrate expertise in CX-Scrum Master methodologies. Have a strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making. Show proficiency in coding languages and development frameworks. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Display strong communication and collaboration abilities. Have experience in a hybrid work model and day shift schedule. Be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks. Have a track record of successful project delivery.
