- Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ingenium Data Model Ingenium Architecture Ingenium S-Steps Ingenium P-Steps and Ingenium Flow Files. Additionally experience in Policy Administration within the Life and Annuities insurance domain is mandatory. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Ingenium Data Model to ensure robust data management solutions. Oversee the implementation of Ingenium Architecture to streamline system processes and enhance performance. Provide expertise in Ingenium S-Steps to optimize system workflows and improve operational efficiency. Utilize Ingenium P-Steps to design and implement effective process steps within the application. Manage Ingenium Flow Files to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Policy Administration in the Life and Annuities domain. Implement best practices in Policy Administration to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ingenium-related issues to maintain system stability. Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Continuously monitor and improve application performance to meet business needs. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in application development. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Ingenium Data Model Ingenium Architecture Ingenium S-Steps Ingenium P-Steps and Ingenium Flow Files. Demonstrate experience in Policy Administration within the Life and Annuities insurance domain. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Preferably have certifications in relevant technologies or domains to validate expertise.,
