Minimum 3+ years of experience in ABAP HR and 2+ years SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Data Migration project experience Demonstrating experience as SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation project Knowledge and experience of Data Migration in Employee Central PM/GM Compensation etc. Understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design Understanding functional specs and writing technical specs Developing ETL programs and data quality processes using SAP BDC programs and LSMW s Executing of conversion programs for each mock cycle dress rehearsal and cutover as part of the SAP implementation project Proficiency in SQL coding Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work independently,
