Job Description
- Job Description Expense Budgeting and Control: Gather expense data and develop trends IN ORDER TO arrive at multi dimensional view of expense P&L line items. Analyze actual expense data and ensure than expense model is updated IN ORDER TO optimal utilization of expense budgets. Process Management: Process adherence IN ORDER TO achieve business assurance. Resource Management Units: Monitor and Report Bench, Buffer & Utilization, Over Head analysis and SPAN IN ORDER TO effectively utilize Talent. Account Reviews: Gather the financial, contractual, and operational information as required for operational review Leverage Automation and Foster Innovation & Excellence: Focus on continuous process improvement by identifying areas and participate in team and organization wide initiatives. Provide inputs to development team and support in testing, as appropriate Reporting & MIS: Generate periodic reports , MIS and adhoc reports for circulation to Management with utmost accuracy Interpersonal Skills: Interact effectively with upstream, downstream, and cross functional teams discussing process updates and process gaps Data Management & Analytics: Able to manage large data from multiple sources, conduct basic data analytics to help in getting meaningful insights from the data. Unit Initiatives and Governance: Record, follow up on action items and ensure positive closures while close coordinating with cross functional teams. Participate actively in unit level initiatives to contribute effectively towards meeting goals,
