The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau, SAS, LS Salesforce, and other technical skills, along with domain experience in Asset and Wealth Management. This role involves analyzing data, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes to drive business growth and efficiency. Technical Skills : SQL Scripting,R Statistical Package, Python, MS Excel, Tableau, SAS,Retail - Demand Forecasting,MS Powerpoint,Alteryx,ROI Calculation,Machine Learning,Dataiku,Pharma Research & Development,Incentive Compensation Mgmt,EDA(Exploratory Data Analysis),KPI-Assessment&Rationalization,Statistics,Sales and Marketing,Brand Analytics,Managed Market,LS SalesforceResponsibilities : - Analyze complex datasets using tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL Scripting to generate actionable insights. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business decision-making. - Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data. - Utilize machine learning techniques to build predictive models and improve forecasting accuracy. - Perform ROI calculations to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other business initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Lead incentive compensation management efforts to ensure fair and accurate distribution of rewards. - Apply statistical methods and R Statistical Package to analyze data and generate insights. - Utilize Dataiku and Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics. - Support pharma research and development projects by providing data analysis and insights. - Conduct managed market and brand analytics to support sales and marketing strategies. - Use Python and MS Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. - Prepare and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - Apply retail demand forecasting techniques to predict future sales and optimize inventory levels. - Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing activities. - Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and asset and wealth management. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in data analysis and statistical methods. - Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau, SAS, and SQL Scripting. - Have experience with LS Salesforce and managed market analytics.,
