Exp: 9.5 to 13 years Skill: SAS Developer Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Pune/Chennai Technical Skills : SAS,SQL Scripting,Snowflake Responsibilities : At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle stages At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on SAS Enterprise Guide experience. At least 2 years of experience in Design and Architecture review At least 2 years of experience in application support and maintenance (including some experience on-call support) Experience in SAS/BASE, SAS/MACRO, SAS/SQL, SAS/ODS procedures Experience with SAS procedures like PROC PRINT, PROC REPORT, PROC TABULATE, PROC FREQ, PROC MEANS, PROC SQL, PROC SORT, PROC CONTENTS and PROC TRANSPOSE Experience in full software development lifecycle of the Data Warehousing Project. Strong knowledge of SAS: Access Data, Managing Data, Handling Errors, Macro Processing, Advanced Programming Techniques. Strong knowledge of SAS architecture. Knowledge of Efficient ways to flow huge data from various data sources (Snowflake/Oracle) to SAS and vice versa. SAS Debugging techniques. Hands on Knowledge on SAS Concepts - Invoking SAS through UNIX, SAS Procedures. Understand the various SAS Report Generation. Experience on Query Tuning mechanisms Efficient in Writing Proc SQLs with complex joins, aggregations, UNIX Scripts Good understanding of Data Warehouse Modeling concepts. Experience in using SAS built in Functions Must be able to provide Solutions or Enhancements to fix the data issues quickly when reported by the clients or users. Installation / Configuration / Upgrade / Migration of SAS 9.4 / SAS Viya Environment on Various Operating Systems. Involved in SAS client application installation, User creation, monitoring job streams, Handling incidents & Enhancements,
