Job Description

Openings for recruiters.
Requirements:
- Six months or above of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication (speaking, listening, and writing) in Hindi & English, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Rich experience of complete recruiting life-cycle and knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methods
Qualification: UG / Graduate
Language known: English
Salary: 10K to 45K
Incentives: Upto 2 lakhs
Allowance: Increment after every year + loyalty bonus { as per business }
Shift: 11 a.m to 8 p.m
Week off: Sunday & national holidays
Location: Pan India
Note: * Excellent / good communication only { Immediate joiners preferred }
Job Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment

Team Handling
Client Management
Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals.
Follow ups with the candidates
Interview Line up
Coordinating with interview panel for telephonic and personal Interview.
Negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.
Conducting reference checks and background screenings on potential candidates.
Building a talent pipeline through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Managing candidate relationships and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our internal candidate database.
Providing timely and effective communication to both candidates and clients
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Perform other duties as assigned
