- Infosys BPM is hiring for IT Operation Support - AD Server at Pune Location Job description Job Location: Pune Qualification: Any Graduates (15 years Graduation) Shifts: US Shift (5 pm onwards) Experience: 3-6Years Role: Sr Systems Engineer Notice Period: Immediate to 30Days NOTE: Candidate with Immediate or 30 Days joiners only required Required skills - IT operation knowledge, end user support, DNS, DHCP configuration, AD Server Roles & Responsibilities: - Education: BE is preferred. More than 3+ years of relevant IT experience Should be experienced in day-to-day IT support with respect to managing endpoints - desktops, laptops, IP Phones. Should have Good knowledge in implementation & administration of servers. Knowledge on Active Directory Services, DHCP & DNS. Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers). Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents. Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests. Candidate should be aware of different tools used for capacity management, availability managements. Experience in Asset management and various IT reports. Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies. Kindly note: Notice period max 30 days not lesser than that, if we get Immediate or 15 days it will be well and good.(To avoid offer drop with 60/90 days NP) Check if the their Okay with Communication, ready to re locate, Work from office and 24*7 Shift. Education must 10+12+any BE/B.TECH Degree/ Master Degree (optional) total should be 15+ years education.
