Job Summary General competencies Written and verbal communication skills Project delivery to strategy and plans Team Leadership Workshop facilitation Develop specialisation in a few of o DevOps CICD automation o Mobile application delivery o Web application delivery o Agile Methodologies Responsibilities A position youll love Responsible for delivery of projects using traditional or agile based methodologies A daytoday focus on riskissue management financial tracking and change management of project scope Project kickoff activities project execution and project shut down according to internal CDB processes Status reporting activities for projects both internally and to clients Lead teams of up to 15 technical delivery professionals to deliver high quality outcomes to client organisations Act as central point for CDB contact on client based projects Construct and manage change requests to projects Facilitate the agile delivery methodology ceremonies for a project Implement and report on CDB delivery quality processes Approval of timesheets for project A candidate who will excel Technical competencies Experience in overseeing small teams of technical professionals Solid understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologies to deliver outcomes across all phases of the software delivery lifecycle Experience in managing and rolling out agile methodologies to client and internal teams Developed influencing negotiation and expectation management skills Experience in managing stakeholders relationships and delivery expectations Project coordination experience on largecomplex projects Experience managing project risks,
