- Dot Net Technical Program Manager Location- PAN India Experience- 14 to 18 years "This role involves designing and overseeing the development of software applications using the .NET framework. Responsibilities include defining the overall architecture, selecting appropriate technologies, ensuring scalability, and guiding the development team in implementing best practices. The role requires expertise in .NET technologies, a thorough understanding of software design principles, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Effective communication skills are crucial for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies is essential to inform architectural decisions. Skills in GenAI like Text Generation, Code Assistance (Generate and debug code snippets and Provide suggestions for code improvements Conversation) and Customer Support are added advantage. Should possess experience in re-engineering projects. Also, must have practical, hands-on experience in architecting and developing new greenfield projects that are of enterprise-grade quality. This includes a deep understanding of the complexities involved in creating robust, scalable, and efficient systems from the ground up. The candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to innovate and apply best practices in software architecture and development to meet the highest standards of enterprise-level applications. Primary Skills: NET,Angular,MS SQL and Web Services Secondary Skills: GenAI, Cloud Service, Project and Program Management Key responsibilities: Provide expertise and guidance on .NET, Angular, MS SQL, and Web Services. Advocate best practices and coding standards. Contribute to system architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards, and share knowledge among team members.
