Job Description
- Job Summary Looking for 6-12 years of Experience in all areas of STIBO MDM engagements including discovery design implementation Go Live Operations Support and enhancements. Must have worked on the STIBO post go live projects for at least 2 years on operations support maintenance and enhancements. Experience in STIBO Technical design development and release management on STIBO MDM Data model Workflows Business rules Web UIs Security set up and integration end points. Responsibilities Experience in root cause analysis and finding the resolution of critical production issues on STIBO MDM engagements Experience in working with Testing teams Middleware teams and downstream/upstream systems of a typical STIBO MDM engagements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience working directly with customers to discuss their requirements and objectives. Work well within a team environment. Familiar with Agile development methodology Experience with JIRA ITSM Tools Ability to prioritize status and multitask Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices Lead requirements gathering workshops Lead high-level design workshops Guide definition and roll out of data governance strategies policies roles responsibilities processes controls and rules Draft detailed design documents Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules Prepare detailed design documents for data migration Configure build and unit test STEP components including data structures roles workflows and portals Build and unit test data migration components Train and mentor colleagues in STEP implementation activities and best practices Support integration system and user acceptance testing Required Skills and Experience At least 2-3 full-cycle implementation of Stibo STEP PIM MDM in as lead role additional MDM PIM implementation experience a plus 5+ years of relevant Stibo work experience and 8 TO 10 years of IT industry experience Excellent interpersonal communication and team-facilitation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Expert technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript) data and database design SQL XML Linux and Web services Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related,
